About Our Client

Job Description
- You will be responsible for a variety of group tax work including managing areas of global compliance and assisting on projects.
- Assist with various Group tax projects, gathering information modeling numbers, and following up information requests.
- Assist with BEPS pillar 2 compliance and reporting
- Intergroup recharges review of internal group function recharges, preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- CCO procedures - prepare and update documentation to be maintained and liaise with all key roles, provide annual training and information. Prepare annual CCO report to be signed off at group level.
- Monitor Group PEs and filing requirements when they arise.
- Prepare and review Groups Hybrid disclosure requirements as part of the year end process.
- Monitor and review group R&D claims ensure clear procedure are in place
- Implement CT monitoring process for the Group to ensure CT tax returns deadline are monitored.
- Liaise with HR to look at Employee tax incentives in the UK.
- Provide support in other various ad hoc tax work, including M&A.
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified - ATT/CTA, ACA, ACCA
- CT experience
- International tax understanding
- PAYE knowledge
- R&D knowledge
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
- Aspects of international tax would be helpful but not essential training will be given.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, large corporate environment whether that be an accountancy firm or in-house.
- Corporate tax experience either in practice or in-house
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to build credible relationships, and influence all levels of the Finance team.
- Be able to manage multiple aspects of tax and projects.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Expected to take full ownership of tasks allocated to them, working with enthusiasm and a conscientious attitude, aiming for accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective facilitation, oral and written communication skills when dealing with individuals at all levels of the Group.
- Excellent analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, for use in both financial/non-financial areas.
- A self-starter with the ability to tackle issues as they arise.
