This progressive new opportunity is well suited enthusiastic candidates, who will gain valuable experience in an exciting and varied role. As a Trainee Accounts Assistant you will provide support and assist with the day-to-day financial activities, with the chance to progress quickly within the role.
No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided but a UK Driving License is required for the position.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing invoices for purchase and sales ledger
- Processing payments
- Processing receipts and matching to invoices
- Processing refunds
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end reconciliations
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as needed
- No previous experience is required
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible nature
- Good Maths and IT skills
