Group Financial Controller

Delighted to be working in partnership with a high-growth, t/o c.£20m+ PE-backed business seeking an ambitious Group FC to oversee the financial operations of the Group of companies. Reporting directly to a calibre CEO (CFO/ACA background), it's the perfect platform for a Big 4/Top 20 ACA qualified who has gained PQE in Industry and is now looking for an opportunity to work on an Exit over the next couple of years, which will give you invaluable experience and exposure, ensuring you are ready to develop into a future FD role in a PE-backed business.Managing a team of c.6, the role requires a driven, ambitious, technically strong qualified accountant to manage all aspects of financial control / MI production - there is loads of scope to drive process improvement/efficiencies so would suit someone proactive and solutions focused.To be considered, you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with PQE gained in Industry - and bring with you a brilliant attitude, willingness to get 'stuck in', care about delivering to deadlines, and a keen desire to drive your career forwards.The role is based across two sites in Cheshire and North Staffs.
