Group Financial Controller

Group Financial Controller - Financial Director designate opportunity with a fast growing £50m turnover high volume transactional group based on the outskirts of Leeds.
Reporting to the CFO this is a pivotal new role with an SME which has been through rapid/acquisitive growth. You will take the lead on systems and process improvements and you will be able to demonstrate a high level of leadership skills over 5 direct reports (and a wider finance team of 20) to drive change, lead from the front and be a great mentor.
The postholder will have an opportunity to develop corporate finance / transaction services experience during the deal process on future acquisitions.
The future trajectory for this role is to develop to Financial Director and our client is looking for a qualified accountant with drive, graviats who can go the extra yard as the business transitions and bolts on new acquisitions.
