A highly acquisitive software organisation with businesses across the world.
The Role
You will be responsible for all financial activities within the Group. This includes Financial Controllership, Governance and Business Partner duties, as well as consolidation of the KPIs and performance group.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist finance in due diligence, submissions and integration
- Drive the new acquisitions through integration and onboarding processes with finance
- Own the on-going acquisition related submissions
- Manage statutory filings for Business Units
- Review and perform quality assurance of all finance submissions, adding commentary and analysis
- Act as first contact for additional technical accounting expertise
- Business Partner to business leads
- Consolidate KPIs and performance
- Manage the forecasting and planning processes
- Critically review the forecasts and plans
- Revenue recognition
- Provide commercial deal assistance as required
About You:
You will be a qualified accountant, who ideally will have gained experience working in a software company. You will have strong technical skills, but also broad experience of business partnering. You will have had M&A exposure.
