SalaryElement Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly successful, multi-site group business experiencing sustained growth and development in their search for an ACA qualified, Management Accountant.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will business partner with both financial and non financial stakeholders, support and drive process improvement amongst other monthly reporting activities including analysis, with the opportunity to become also become a systems expert. This business has continued ambition to grow and develop, building on successful performance to date and are looking for the right candidate to join that journey with them.
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, having become recently qualified (0-18 months). You will consider yourself to be a hands on, ambitious individual who enjoys working within a team and business partnering key stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of MS Excel and other BI based tools with an aptitude and attitude of learning and development.
In return, you'll be paid a salary of up to £50,000 with bonus and benefits on top, working for a growing group business with parking on site. This business are operating on a hybrid working basis of 2-3 days per week in the office.
