Digital Marketing Manager – healthcare – Up to £55k & benefits – fully remote

Our client is a fast growth healthcare brand with several companies under their UK wide umbrella. They are seeking a nimble Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can utilise focused digital campaigns experience and oversee PPC, Paid Media and Social Media. This digital marketing role can be predominantly remote with 1-3 days a week plus from their Surrey office, with flexibility for meetings. Working as part of a progressive and collaborative organisation as Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible responsible for marketing intelligence, CRM enhancements, supporting campaign delivery and management of lead generation channels. You will be responsible for digital marketing (paid media, PPC and social media) management and control, ensuring our campaigns are optimised to drive sales quality enquiries and starter numbers, and providing accurate and timely marketing data and insight reports.

This role is part of a wider marketing team including head of Marketing, Marketing and Sales Director and other Marketing Managers and will work closely with a digital agency. You will positively contribute to the digital marketing strategy as a whole, which involves initiatives for marketing automation, SEM, PPC, SEO, and social media.

What do I need?

• 5 years + digital marketing experience across PPC, paid media and Social media.
• CRM experience, with a data focused mindset
• Highly experienced in working with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, CallRail, Zapier workflows, PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, Google Ads, GMB, MS Excel, website CMS systems.
• Knowledge of automation including designing and optimising sales funnels and DRIP campaigns
• CIM or Marketing degree a bonus
