Principal Power BI Developer

Are you an experienced Principal Power BI Developer? Do you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior management teams to deliver data insights, governance, analysis with an understanding of key business metrics ?

We are looking for a senior Power BI Developer with 5-10 years' experience in a senior Power BI role managing other developers, who can act as:

a business insight lead and co ordinate projects across the company. Deliver automated KPI framework provide "storytelling data insights, analyse and review KPI frameworks, drive a business vision, analytics, and engineer value and efficiency.

Skills and Experience required :

• Degree level qualification or equivalent
n
• Extensive Power BI experience essential - Expert level n
n
• Experience of producing KPI insights, analysis, visualisations at Executive & Board level
n
• n Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate - PL-300
n
• n Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate - DP-500 is desirable.
n
• Experience of working in DevOps n
n
• n Azure data platform experience is an advantage.
n
• Experience of ThoughtSpot AI/ML software is an advantage.
n
• SQL Server Business Intelligence & Analysis Services (SSAS)
n
• n Microsoft SQL Server (2008+)
n
• SQL Server Reporting Services; SQL Language n
n
• n Web based BI Reporting and Dashboard tools
n
• SQL Server ETL tools (SSIS) n
n
• MDX Queries
n
• Experience designing, creating, and maintaining data models n
n
• n Designing and developing dashboards / scorecards and reports in Power BI
n
• Multi-dimensional analysis of complex datasets using data cubes
n

The role is Hybrid with 1 day a week required in the office near Paddington
