Your New Role
As a Group Practice Executive (GPE), you will play a pivotal role in both executive support and supervisory duties. You will manage partner diaries, coordinate travel arrangements, manage communications, and build relationships across the firm's network. You will also serve as the first point of contact for a team of PEs and PTAs, dealing with people management issues, authorising absences, monitoring attendance, and more. You will also contribute to the office culture and assist with ongoing projects.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Essential:

• At least 5 years of high-level experience as a Secretary/PA in a professional services environment.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven high-level organisational and time management skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Desirable:

• Previous experience of supervision or leadership of a team of PAs.
• Legal experience.
