Are you passionate about driving quality and excellence in the food manufacturing industry? Food Recruit is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our client's quality department in Northamptonshire and the wider group.
This is your chance to impact seven sites significantly, ensuring their products meet the highest quality and safety standards and that our processes align with industry-leading practices.
Your Role:
- As our Quality Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of their quality assurance and compliance efforts.
- You ll lead our quality department, spearhead internal audits, enhance our HACCP processes, and guide our team through customer and third-party audits with finesse.
- Collaborating closely with the Technical Manager, you ll ensure our technical policies and quality management systems are top-notch and consistently applied.
Your Toolbox:
- Proven QA management experience in high-care food manufacturing.
- Expertise in HACCP and Food Safety (Level 3 qualifications).
- A strong track record with BRC standards.
- Leadership in developing HACCP, TACCP, and QMS systems.
- Experience in leading audits and fostering customer relationships.
