Description
- Oversee and manage the entire financial reporting process.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organisation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Promote and implement fiscal transparency and accountability.
- Support the broader finance team in achieving departmental and organisational goals.
Profile
A successful Group Reporting Manager must have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management within a FTSE/ Bluechip sized business
- Experience gained in Audit and Industry
