Financial Reporting Manager - ACCA or ACA qualified

High-profile organisation that has enjoyed over 20% year-on-year growth this decade and has ambitious, achievable plans to increase this wish to add to their senior management team through the appointment of a Financial Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complex reporting for clients that are predominately Listed, large Limited companies, and Groups.
• Undertaking robust new client reviews and supporting business changes such as restructures and acquisitions.
• Management and oversight of the delivery of complex statutory and consolidated accounts by your team.
• Supporting the implementation of system and process reviews to ensure efficient reporting and to reflect changes to your client's structures.
• Applying strong technical knowledge to provide solutions and identify risk within consolidated accounts & disclosures.
• Supporting Director and Partners on ad hoc projects, business development and team management, recruitment, and training.

About you:

Do you want to influence business decisions, manage ambitious accountants, and utilise your technical skills in a role requiring sophisticated communication skills and can demonstrate:

• Post-qualification experience gained within large, complex businesses, audit, and Financial Reporting or restructuring.
• Excellent management and communications skills and the ability to communicate critical business information effectively.
• The ability to apply commercial acumen and provide solutions to statutory accounting requirements within evolving, transformational organisations.
