"Qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working in the Audit team of a Top 10 Firm, then moved across to Industry. My salary was significantly improved, and I learned a lot and was promoted, but missed the variety, interaction, and level of responsibility I had. I know some of my peers thought a return to Practice was a sideways step, but I'm enjoying the work, better career progression, and flexibility in Business Services. Our management team has a strong core of people like me - why not join us?
