Description
Operating at Group Reward Manager level you responsibilities will include:
- Running the annual pay and bonus review
- Handling annual bonus calculations.
- Managing pay and bonus modelling tasks.
- Collaborating with Human Resources and senior stakeholders both in the UK and Internationally
- Ensuring alignment of pay and bonus with company objectives
- Providing advice and guidance on any pay and bonus related issues
- Producing and presenting reports supporting the wider HR team with any reward-related issues
Profile
A successful Group Reward Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a senior reward role
- Have led annual pay and bonus review ideally on a global scale
- Pay modelling
- Strong knowledge of reward strategies and their implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using HR systems such as Workday or similar is preferred
- Used to working in a large corporate / matrix environment
