My client is a large fleet maintenance company with depots across the UK who are currently looking for a skilled Group Technical Specialist to join their ever growing team.
About your new Group Technical Specialist role role:
- They would be responsible for expert fault diagnosis and overseeing repairs
- Ensuring smooth vehicle handovers
- Supporting colleagues
- Optimize diagnosis procedures
- Share technical knowledge
- Uphold the brand's reliability and trustworthiness
- Provide customer-centric solutions.
The successful Group Technical Specialist will require:
- Certified Technical Specialist in commercial vehicle service or equivalent
- Certified Diagnostic Technician with troubleshooting expertise
- Minimum two years' experience in areas like powertrain, suspension, or driver assistance systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, electronics, and diagnostics
- Ability to guide and assist in diagnostic and troubleshooting activities
- Familiarity with service partner's IT systems
- Experience with XENTRY Portal and Diagnosis use.
