Mystic AI is a fast growth, venture backed enterprise delivering solutions for managing machine learning (ML) in the enterprise. We provide tailored solutions and expert guidance to companies looking to build and scale AI products and services.
Having developed and launched our flagship MLOps automation toolkit and cloud solution; Pipeline Catalyst, we have first hand experience of the ML challenge for enterprise. We are experts in the end-to-end ML hardware and software stack, and in supporting complex, high speed, distributed and real-time deployments.
Mystic AI is based in the UK, although we operate globally. We are an in-person team at our offices in London.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + options
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Founders and product team to understand the needs of our target market, our AI technology and its unique selling points.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, with a focus on driving user engagement and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies and generate quality leads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the success of our marketing campaigns.
- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals.
- Creating a marketing content schedule and tracking against growth metrics
- Generating non-technical content eg. customer case studies, videos, company newsletter, sales decks, and helping team to produce technical content (blogs, user-guides/videos, docs)
- Managing company social media accounts, blog, social media channels and newsletter and other customer communications channels eg. Discord
- Working with the Sales/Business Development Associate on lead generation campaigns; landing pages and email capture
- Inputting into product/design team on SEO, A/B testing and landing pages
- Monitoring and responding to inbound customer enquires and raising support tickets to the technical or product team
- Keeping a list of relevant AI/ML/Industry events and booking founders into speaker slots
- Organising meet-ups and hosting events, and attending as many (relevant) networking events as humanly possible!
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree (or above) in Computer Science and/or Technical Management/Marketing - or similar experienceExperience or Internship in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.Proficient in major digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, etc.)Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.Proven written and content generation skills [preferably for a technical product or brand]Good technical understanding and a genuine interest/passion for the AI technology spaceAlready an active user of social channels in the tech/start up space [specifically twitter, reddit] who brings fresh, creative ideas about how to build a brand and community around a tech productHigh degree of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to travel as needed.A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role / for a startup

Prepared to do repetitive, mundane tasks [like deep diving SEO keyword success metrics!] and be relentless in hitting your KPI’s
