Guest Experience Team Member

As part of our Guest Experience Team, you will… 
- Prepare WelcomePacks 
- Welcoming Guests at our busy reception 
- Make courtesy check-in calls to arriving Guests 
- Share your local knowledge with our Guests  
- Work with the Team to resolve Guest queries quickly andefficiently

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from £7.50 / 18+ from £9.97 up to£10.42 per hour depending on age
Experience and Qualifications 
Youdon’t need experience to join our Guest Experience Team. You may already be in butif not, that’s ok! We will provide the training and support required to ensureyou are great at what you do.

We’re part of an award-winning Bourne Leisure family,which includes Haven & Warner Hotels. We have 9,000 fantastic Team Membersand 39 beautiful seaside locations and our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.
