Job Introduction

We are recruiting an Arabic speaking Guest Service Ambassador  to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's office in 9 Elms. You will be part of an exciting new Rapport team that supports our client: who provides luxury living to their residents in a stunning ultra-modern tower, where excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.  

The core service hours are 07.00 – 22:00. The Guest Service Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is covered during these hours, working Monday to Sunday. The building is open 7 days a week so the successful candidate will be working 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Role Responsibility

  • To provide an exceptional welcome to customers to the building.
  • To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operation
  • To create positive and lasting relationships with all my residents and clients 
  • To improve customer engagement in all areas
  • To act on residents’ requests and anticipate their needs 
  • Maintaining high standards so that customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded

  • Have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders

  • Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload
