Job Introduction

We are extremely excited to be recruiting a brand new team of Receptionists/ Ambassadors to join our Rapport team, based at our new client’s offices in the City of London, 40 Leadenhall London. The role will start on the 5th of September. The uniquely designed space is crafted for forward-thinking companies, people, and ideas.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.

The Receptionist/Ambassador is responsible for all ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout the 40 Leadenhall Receptions, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). You will be working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM (with flexibility as per client’s needs).

  • Have experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate/five-star luxury hotel environment/premium airlines
