Hands On Project Manager – Crr / Crd Iv / Basel

We have a very interesting long term contract role for a Hands On, end to end Project Manager within regulatory risk. This is a very fast turn around and so requires a quick application to the role to be considered.

The position will give you a clear channel to the CRO and CFO, allowing you direct access to get things moving on this Basel 3.1 project.

The key to the role is being able to:

• Identify and gather requirements
• Excellent people skills and communication between the teams
• Experience working on a regulatory driven projects, across either Risk or Finance.
• Present concise and informative meetings, gaining influence and buy in from senior stakeholders up to board level. Managing weekly meetings with Work Stream leads and monthly meetings with the Steer Co.
• Then deliver this across the group taking into account the regulatory deadlines.
• Build strong internal relationships with workstream leads and stakeholders.

Must have skills are:

• Previous project management experience working cross functionally in a regulatory driven project.
• An ability to interpret complex financial regulations and produce easily comprehensible material and insight.
• Excellent people skills, highly motivated and ability to gain influence of senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive and with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong multi-tasking skills; ability to connect the dots across all governance aspects.
