Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head Barista to work for a busy and popular hospitality establishment based in Thetford.
Your role as a Head Barista will involve:
- Supporting the Barista and Kitchen team
- Reporting to the Catering Supervisor
- Ensuring that all orders are taken accurately and communicated well with the Kitchen
- Preparing and selling coffee drinks
- Cleaning and preparing tables accordingly
- Serving food quickly and to the highest standard
- Making certain that Health & Safety & Hygiene standards are adhered to
- Proactively serving customers, resolving queries and complaints
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, have experience in working in a pressured environment and be able to work flexible shifts.
A Food Hygiene Certificate is required for this role.
This is a permanent role.
Hours will be between 32-40 hours a week with alternate weekends - no evenings.
Hourly rate will be £12.50 per hour.
