We are currently recruiting for a Head Breakfast Chef to manage our small kitchen team in delivering a great breakfast for our busy Hotel, Residence Inn by Marriott Aberdeen.

Hours and Pay:
40 hours over a 5 day week (including weekends)
£13.00 per hour

What you’ll be doing:
· Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to breakfast buffet and ordered items
· Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
· Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
· Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
· Complete food orders and ensure safe storage of produce
· Work with us to fulfil our food waste certification ‘The Pledge on Food Waste’
What we’re looking for:
· Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
· Positive outlook and outgoing personality
· Previous kitchen experience is a big plus
Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
