Head Chef

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Location: Denver, CO

Our client is seeking a talented Head Chef to join its culinary team and bring creative, high-quality dishes to life.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day kitchen operations
• Recruit, hire, train and manage kitchen staff
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that kitchen staff follows standards and regulations
• Manage all food and supplies purchasing and maintain targeted cost controls

Ideal Head Chef:

• 2-3 years in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in the kitchen
