About the Role:
As the Head Chef, you will be the creative leader of the kitchen, responsible for designing and executing a menu that showcases the finest, freshest seafood. You will lead a talented team of chefs, ensuring excellence in every dish and maintaining the highest standards of culinary arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Craft and continually refine an exquisite seafood menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the kitchen brigade, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets the restaurant’s standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

• Operational Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to source the freshest seafood and ingredients.

• Customer Experience: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end seafood restaurant.
2. Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of seafood cuisine.
3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
