The Oven Pizzeria, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant, is looking for a Pizza Chef for our pizzeria in Bath.

Our independent award-winning artisan pizzeria that is made up of a professional Pizzaioli.

Description: We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Head Pizza Chef specializing in authentic Neapolitan pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will lead the preparation and creation of traditional Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional taste.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of Neapolitan pizza from dough preparation to baking
• Develop innovative and traditional Neapolitan pizza recipes
• Train kitchen staff on Neapolitan pizza techniques and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with management on menu development and kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Pizza Chef specializing in Neapolitan pizza
• Deep knowledge of Neapolitan pizza-making techniques and traditions
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification or training in authentic Neapolitan pizza-making is a plus
