Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations in multiple locations within our area.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet our standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
Manage inventory and control food costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous or Head Chef.
Level 3 in professional cookery or equivalent work experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and passionate about food.
Driving license and access to own vehicle.
