SalaryResponsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the kitchen.
- Create and develop new menu items, ensuring they meet quality & brand
standards.
- Create recipe cards for each menu item. -
- Develop systems & processes in the kitchen to streamline operations and
production of the food consistently.
- Recruit, Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance
evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events
or promotions.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Address customer concerns or complaints regarding food quality or service.
Skills:
- Extensive experience in restaurant kitchen with multi cuisines preferably
(Afghani, Indian & Pakistani), operations and food production. - Experience in
food catering business for weddings, parties and events.
- Experience of working in a brand with multi sites.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage a large team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to
detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments within the restaurant.
