Our client is a luxury leisure complex situated near Dawlish and walking distance from nearby beaches and villages.

We are looking for a Head Chef with a fresh-food background to join the team asap on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for you to show your passion and enthusiasm to produce a fantastic food experience and to work for one of the best employers in the area.

As the Head Chef you will be required to:

• Strive to create new and creative menu offerings alongside the Exec Chef
• Lead and inspire the team
• Be original with your presentation & menu ideas
• Be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality food
• Play a role in menu development
• Cater for hotel afternoon teas & functions

• Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
• Extremely organised
