Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Running an efficient kitchen to deliver the best service and quality of food.
- Managing a team of staffs
- Managing wastage & portion control to deliver a target margin or gross profit.
- Train the kitchen staff
- Inventory management- food ordering and stocking level including all kitchen materials
- Quality control
- Ability to work closely with the management to design, costing, review, and promotion of the Menu.
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
- Being responsible for health and safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
We are looking for chefs with:
- Experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen
- Ability to prepare quality curry dishes and tandoori dishes.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and flavours
- Understanding of food hygiene procedures
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and an honest enjoyment of the job.
