SALARY: GRADE 15 (£76,706 – £81,869 – PAY AWARD PENDING)

An experienced, innovative strategic leader is sought to head the continued development of our ALN, Inclusion, and Wellbeing offer, with a key focus on improving the outcomes for all learners. You should have extensive education leadership experience and can demonstrate a proven track record of success in securing positive change at pace.
You will be working closely with senior leaders in our Education Service, schools, other Council departments, elected members, and partners to develop our inclusive approach across a range of our services. Good stakeholder engagement, appropriate governance, and a creative approach to deliver sustainable solutions that lead to positive outcomes for all our learners will be essential.
