As the Head of Assets you will…
- Develop the Watmos Asset Management Strategy, Net Zero Carbon Strategy ensuring full regulatory compliance with Decent Homes and Net Zero Carbon targets
- Work collaboratively with the senior management team, model leadership behaviours and values that drive positive cultural change
- Procurement, of repairs and maintenance, voids and cyclical maintenance
- Ensure the effective procurement and delivery of capital investment works with strong project management and budget, cashflow management
- Strong contract management to ensure contract specifications and performance standards are delivered, ensuring regular contractor meetings are conducted and documented with performance reports.
