Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Audiences and Marketing. Reporting into the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Marketing, Box Office and Customer Service teams, and implementing and delivering the divisional strategic objectives.
We are seeking a marketing professional with substantial experience at a senior level in a complex arts or entertainment organisation. You will lead your teams to: maximise direct ticket sales and audience engagement; deliver enhanced analysis and reporting on data and campaigns to provide greater audience insights; and continue the development of our customer service and box office operations to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service.
You will have substantial proven experience of managing teams, and will also bring with you a working knowledge of box office operations and ticketing systems, complemented by a proactive and organised approach. Your commercial acumen and strong communication skills will be essential in leading and motivating teams to achieve the highest standards.
