An established growing and highly successful Online Furniture Retailer is looking for a Head of Brand to drive and build brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategy to achieve overall business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with autonomy bringing innovative ideas to drive the brand within the UK and globally.
Duties:
- As the Head of Brand you will be responsible for analysing brand position and consumer insights, creating strategic and targeted brand campaigns
- Understanding customer journey and touchpoints, developing and enhancing customer experience
- Identify target audiences and deliver effective marketing campaigns, along with increasing customer base and driving growth
- As the Head of Brand, you will analyse market trends, competitors, product performance and devise innovative growth strategies
- Measure performance of all marketing activities assessing ROI
- As the Head of Brand, you will be involved with new product launches and monitor performance
- Develop integrated marketing communications and be responsible for all marketing activities
- Budget management
- Analysing data to produce insight for data driven marketing decisions
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working as a Brand Manager, Head of Brand, Brand Ambassador or similar role is essential
- A proven background in driving brand awareness with evidence of results
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Ideally a background in e-commerce, retail, homewares, furniture or a similar sector would be highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the full marketing mix
- Creative and innovative
- Analytical and data driven thinking
- Strong communication skills
- A degree in marketing or marketing qualification
