Hours; Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £75,000 DOE

Role description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand to join our team. As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance our company's presence in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive brand awareness.

If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, have strong stake holder management skills,  we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our company’s reputation and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position our company as a leader in the industry
• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing

What we’d like from you:

• Proven working experience as Head of Brand
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Extensive experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• International experience is highly desirable
• Tenacity and resilience
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Degree in marketing or a related field
