The Head of Business Development is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all income generation activities from statutory partnerships and contracts, and the sale of Leap training to a wide range of organisations.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for selling Leap services and training and collaborating with colleagues to submit bids and proposals to secure new sales and contracts.
You will lead the development and implementation of the Business Development strategy and pipeline to deliver income growth
You will be responsible for Identifing and developing potential contacts and partnerships with the CEO and lead on contracts, grants and sales across all areas Of Business Development and work with our Director of Delivery to assess the operational viability Of Business Development opportunities.
