We’ve been chosen to EXLCUSIVELY source a Head of Business Development on behalf of this multi-award winning, tour operator.
Boasting a product that is second to none and a regional trade facing team who are outstanding. This is an amazing opportunity for an existing TRAVEL TRADE sales leader.
Job Description:
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll drive the sales performance of travel agency sales and partnerships by developing comprehensive strategies, managing marketing efforts, overseeing team operations, and fostering industry relationships to achieve company goals.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with the in-house sales and service teams, marketing helping to ensure all sales channels are maximised to achieve their potential.
Experience Required:
* It is critical that you are currently leading a regional TRAVEL TRADE team
* Track record of success within BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, partnerships, account management within the travel industry
* Highly collaborative team leader and player
* Experience creating and executing TRAVEL TRADE sales and distribution strategies
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
