Reed are working with a client based in Hertford who are recruiting for a Head of Business Development & Strategy.
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
The Role:
- Day to day you will create development plans and forecast sales targets against growth projections.
- You will Identify market opportunities through meetings and networking.
- You will meet existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
- As a core aim you will assist the company to achieve sustainable growth with a growth strategy not only focusing on Sales but also building an infrastructure to support growth.
Key Skills:
- A background in Construction/Construction projects.
- Have a significant number of years relevant professional and/or senior managerial experience.
- Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
- Excellent understanding of Business operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in Business Development, strategy, and leadership roles
- A track record of driving revenue growth.
