About the Role:

A well-regarded school in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head of Business Studies, specializing in Business Studies, to join their team ASAP.

Job Summary:

• Provide clear direction and leadership to the Business Studies department.
• Ensure the development and implementation of effective teaching and learning strategies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Business Studies department.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Support and mentor other Business Studies teachers.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive the department forward.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Relevant degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining the school’s high standards.
