We know their DNA very well and we've been entrusted to find them a top-calibre, business-minded Head of Client Experience. You will be based in their new Central London office and serve as the embodiment of excellence in client service, whilst taking charge to provide an unparalleled visitor experience. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who excels in both strategic planning and hands-on operational management. Overall, someone with an exceptional eye for detail, innovation, and creativity.
DUTIES:
- Create and enhance a first-class class Client Experience, setting up a new standard for excellence.
- Lead a team of dedicated front of house professionals, fostering their development and ensuring they embody the commitment to exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary coordinator with the relevant parties involved in Client Experience (from events, meetings, catering, to key stakeholders) to guarantee flawless execution of all on-site events and meetings.
- Implement comprehensive training programs aimed at elevating the skills and service orientation of our front of house team.
- Leverage data and client feedback to continuously refine the service delivery, ensuring a consistent high-end service.
- Ensure clear, effective communication between front of house staff and support functions to facilitate a cohesive Client Experience.
- Other ad-hoc duties within Client Experience, service standards, workflow optimisation, conflict resolution, and quality control.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Extensive background in Front of House management, high-end hospitality, and/or concierge services.
- Meticulous attention to detail and flexibility to respond to evolving client needs and operational demands.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a talent for addressing challenging situations.
- Exceptional organisational skills to navigate a dynamic front of house environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with excellent track records.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
