Description
The Head of Commercial Finance will be responsible for pursuing the growth strategy which comprises both
organic growth and growth through acquisition.
- Leading and developing the Commercial Finance/FP&A team
- Provide constructive commercial challenge through financial appraisal of new ventures
Providing overall strategic financial guidance to the company - Managing risk and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
- Driving business performance through insightful financial analysis
- Collaborating with senior leadership on financial strategy
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Profile
The successful Head of Commercial Finance will have:
- A professional accounting qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- Relevant leadership experience
- Strong strategic planning and financial analysis abilities
- Experience in the real estate and property/construction sector ideal but not essential
- Excellent risk management and compliance knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
