EXPERIENCED HEAD OF SALES / SALES DIRECTOR OR NATIONAL OR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER REQUIRED TO PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN A WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING BUSINESS
TITLE: Head of Sales / National Sales Manager – Commercial Waste Management & Recycling
LOCATION: National Role, ideally based around the main motorway network – M1 / M4 / M6 / M62
SALARY: Negotiable DOE, plus Bonus, Car / Allowance, Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Private Health Cover
YOU WILL HAVE WORKED IN SECTORS SUCH AS: Commercial Waste Management, Recycling, Industrial Services, Facilities Management – Hard Services or Soft Services, Hazardous Waste, Clinical Waste, Total Waste Management, Waste Brokerage
YOU WILL HAVE A STRONG & DEMONSTRABLE PERFORMANCE IN A ROLE SUCH AS: Corporate Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager, Commercial Director, Sales Director, Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager
ROLE: Head of Sales / National Sales Manager – Commercial Waste Management & Recycling
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers / Sales Executives selling contracted waste services to their clients
Deliver effective sales strategy for the team and work with them on high value business
Mentor the team
Drive sales performance vs individual and team targets
Recruitment as required
EXPERIENCE: Head of Sales / National Sales Manager – Commercial Waste Management & Recycling
You will have worked in a sector such as: Commercial Waste Management, Recycling, Industrial Services, Facilities Management – Hard Services or Soft Services, Hazardous Waste, Clinical Waste, Total Waste Management, Waste Brokerage where the focus is on selling high value contracted services to clients, with a more consultative approach may be required
You will have led sales strategy for a team of 8 or more, delivering annual revenue of Circa £10m+
You will have a demonstrable track record in sales / commercial development
Ideally you have managed a team but if you are selling high value contracts and delivering well in excess of target and can demonstrate the attributes of a Manager you may also be considered
You may have a degree, MBA or be affiliated to the CIWM
