Role: Personal Assistant to the Head of Sales
Location: HARIBO Castleford (Hybrid working)- occasional travel may also be required

We are on the hunt for an experienced ‘Personal Assistant’ to support our Head of Sales… this could be your opportunity to join the sweet life of HARIBO!
Within this role you will provide support to and report directly into our ‘Head of Sales’ whilst also providing assistance to our Senior Sales Managers and our wider Sales team. To ensure sugary success, it is key that you also build flavoursome relationships with a whole host of stakeholders across the business including our Executive Assistants and PA’s within our Marketing and Finance Departments.

- Supporting the Senior Sales team and Head of Sales with daily issues and requirements
- Booking all Sales related travel and accommodation as required
- Organising and attending Sales meetings both on and off site; including our Annual Sales and Marketing conference
- Collating relevant materials and creating Sales presentations as and when required
- Organising all customer visits to site whilst also collaborating with other departments
- Booking all required courses, meeting rooms and venues and circulating agenda and meeting minutes
- Assisting with Sales administration including collating expenses for authorisation, recording of Sales team mileage, dealing with customer query emails and arranging delivery of strands and any sample requests
- Collating appraisals for the Sales team
- Arranging inductions and associated new starter preparations
- Managing diaries and email management effectively and confidentially
Can you supply our essential ingredients?
Are you an experienced PA who is keen to step into the world of FMCG?.. however, if you already work within the Food industry and have a basic Sales knowledge that’s extra ticks for you!
We are on the look out for an individual who has fantastic administrative abilities as well as it a guru when it comes to the Microsoft Office packages, in particular PowerPoint skills and Excel. Being able to demonstrate strong organisational skills also comes hand in hand with the role! We are looking for an individual who is extremely personable and well as can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills… we are looking for a friendly individual to come and join the happy world of HARIBO.
