About Our Client
Our client is a well-established boutique law firm based in Manchester city centre. They have a great client base of SME clients and are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to lead the team.
Job Description
As a Head of Commercial Litigation you will:
- Manage and lead the Commercial Litigation department.
- Develop, implement, and review litigation strategies.
- Deal with your own caseload of a Commercial Litigation matters for a SME client base
- Foster and maintain high-level client relationships.
- Ensure the highest standards of legal practice are upheld.
- Collaborate with other department heads on company-wide initiatives.
- Handle complex Commercial Litigation cases.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Stay informed of trends and changes in the professional services industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Commercial Litigation should have:
- A proven track record in Commercial Litigation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A minimum of 8PQE, please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
- Excellent client management and relationship building skills.
- Robust knowledge of the professional services industry.
- A strong strategic mindset with a focus on innovative problem-solving.
