SalaryWould you like to lead sales for an own label manufacturer who have a track record of YOY growth? Having just experienced a substantial capital investment, this multinational producer are seeking a new Head of Commercial to drive business through new and existing accounts.
You will be responsible for growing accounts of the biggest grocery retailers in the country along with managing and mentoring a team of NAMs to success.
Success will be determined by implementation of your strategy to meet business targets and objectives. You should have experience and understanding of "big 4" at Head office level to achieve this.
Package circa £75-80k, £7k c/a, Bonus, Healthcare, Pension, Life Assurance
Bedfordshire/bucks area 2/3 Hybrid split
