*Audit and Risk Recruitment is currently exclusively mandated by our client, an award-winning Pensions business, to assist in their search for a Head of Compliance.
Reporting directly into the CRO and leading a team of 3 compliance professionals, this is an integral role taking responsibility for driving the compliance function as well as driving the risk framework and continuing to embed a strong risk culture into the business.
Experience with Master Trust DC pensions schemes is essential (either form consultancy and / or an In House position).
You will not only be responsible for delivering compliance across the business, but will need to adopt an approachable and problem-solving approach to stakeholders, as well as being involved in strategic projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance professional looking for a potential step up and an opportunity to lead a small compliance function within the Pensions space.
The position will offer significant exposure to C-Suite executives and the Trustee Board who are very active within the business. Therefore stakeholder influencing is essential to this position.
Essential Background Requirements:
- Significant Experience of leading a team within a compliance function in the pensions industry (In house and/or Consultancy)
- Significant experience of working with Pensions (DC Master Trust)
- Relevant UK compliance qualifications
