The role of Head of Content Marketing is in charge of developing suite of products, bringing new ideas into the mix, and driving up creativity for the business. Working closely with commercial team and sponsors, you will be pitching ideas, producing multichannel Content Marketing campaigns, managing the delivery of in-depth research reports, hosting live masterclasses, roundtables, and virtual events.

- Producing various B2B content formats such as whitepapers, features, reports, and multimedia assets.
- Collaborating internally to align content with audience interests and industry trends.
- Overseeing content creation for client campaigns and industry events.
- Collaborating on session topics and speaker line-ups.
- Ensuring event content meets attendee and sponsor needs are essential aspects.
- Channel management includes managing and optimising digital channels such as websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Analysing performance metrics to drive engagement and implementing best practices for wider reach.
- Editorial leadership involves providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content production, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Staying updated on industry trends for fresh content strategies.
- Working with sales and marketing teams for content partnerships and sponsorships.
To be successful in this Head of Content Marketing - B2B Publication
- Ideally having 5-6 years' experience within B2B publishing, Content Marketing, or event.
- Ideally you have experience or interest in the retail, FMCG or consumer space.
- Have experience hosting or leading events like round tables and other events.
- Ideally has a journalism or editorial background.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and interviewing.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital content distribution.
