Forward Role are working with a high growth retail business to recruit a Head of CRM to increase and maintain engagement and loyalty through CRM activity.
Managing and developing a CRM team of 3 and collaborating with wider teams across the business, you will create effective and engaging campaigns and deliver the exciting projects planned for this year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the planning and implementation of B2C and B2B CRM activity
- Plan the email schedule making sure they align with seasonal and trading requirements..
- Develop effective CRM campaigns and make sure they are high quality, personalised, engaging and on brand.
- Develop and deployment of testing and optimisation calendars to make sure constant improvements are made
- Support in finding significant seasonal trends and organise activity around findings
- Assess all campaign activity, making suggestions for continuous improvement
- Make sure all campaigns have clear goals, budgets and appropriate measurement.
- Make sure company KPI's are monitored regularly and take action when needed to make sure targets achieved in relation to budgets
- Increase Life Time Value, engagement and reduce churn
- Analyse data consistently to identify what is performing well and to ensure the right amount of exposure is given to achieve maximum return for the business
- Report on performance in meetings
What you will need:
- Data driven and enthusiastic about CRM
- Experience using a CRM platform to build and manage campaigns and journeys
- Strong communicator and able to manage various stakeholders and their requirements
- You will be organised, thrive under pressure, able to manage multiple workflows and prioritise work as required to service the business needs
- Creative idea generator who is not afraid to challenge the norm
- Strong content writing and grammatical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Solid PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen
