A leading App based business founded 4 years ago is looking for their first Head of CRM hire and it's a cracker! They are looking for a Head of CRM who can still remain fairly hands on and strategic - the long term vision is to build a high performing team.
This role is reports into an impressive Marketing Director who comes from a CRM background - so you will get to learn from the best and work on great campaigns.
Although the company is still small (but rapidly growing) they have a Marketing team of 7 and are looking to build this out to achieve their goals.
Ideally you will come from a start-up/scale-up or high growth environment and will be happy to be hands on as well as strategic.
Based in London they work 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, execute and optimise multi channel CRM campaigns with a focus on driving conversion
- Develop and deliver a best in class CRM strategy - from acquisition, cross sell and upsell, through to ongoing retention
- Working closely with the Marketing Director you will own and manage the CRM calendar, ensuring timely delivery of multiple campaigns that align with business goals
- Work with different teams to leverage data insights, segment audiences, and personalise messaging for maximum impact
- Adopt a test and learn approach, iterating on campaigns based on results, insights, and feedback
Experience
- Previous CRM experience in a fast paced start-up/scale-up environment
- Hands on and strategic experience in CRM, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns and automated journeys
- 5+ years of CRM experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Strong copywriting ability
