SalarySummary and Main Purpose: As the Head of Curriculum, you will provide leadership and vision to deliver excellent learner success through curriculum development and teaching innovation. You will be responsible for driving the development and maintenance of our exciting apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and preparing learners for successful careers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our Curriculum Strategy.
- Manage the Curriculum to deliver high-quality curriculum and resources.
- Analyze data and feedback to monitor progress and implement remedial actions.
- Lead quality assurance activities to ensure world-class learning experiences.
- Liaise with senior management to support all business areas.
- Lead program approval processes and product councils.
- Implement improvement projects to enhance learner and employer experiences.
- Train and develop the Curriculum team to meet sector requirements.
- Build relationships across the business to foster a collaborative approach to learning.
- Stay updated on education trends and technology developments.
- Support new business initiatives and project management.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Management experience in a senior role.
- Project and program management experience.
- Experience in curriculum creation and business strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach, lead, and develop others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Full valid driving license with access to a car.
