We are seeking a Head of Customer Experience (Housing and Support) who will bring energy and drive to the overall responsibility for the strategic development, and operational delivery of an excellent experience to all customers. Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, the postholder will be an effective, active and Supportive member of the Leadership Team.
You will have experience of managing multi-disciplinary operational services within a fast-paced regulated environment and the ability to develop stakeholder relationships, work in partnership and identify and generate new business opportunities for your services.
