Head of Data
Location: Flexible; 2 days a week in Central London
Role Overview:
As the Head of Data, you will play a pivotal role in managing the UA side of the business, overseeing all data systems, and optimising our marketing spends. You will drive critical decisions through advanced analytics, handle A/B testing, and provide invaluable insights to enhance our growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and optimisation of Data systems, including expertise in the use of Looka, our primary tool.
- Oversee all aspects of UA (User Acquisition) strategies, including A/B testing and optimizing marketing spends for maximum ROI.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to determine when and how to scale up or down, in collaboration with the management team, including the CEO and CPO.
- Take a leading role in revenue reporting, providing comprehensive insights that drive decision-making.
- Utilize BI tools effectively to extract and present actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies using data-driven approaches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and developing data systems, particularly in utilizing tools like Looka.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with AV testing and optimizing marketing spends for optimal performance.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools and languages relevant to data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in an understandable manner.
- Prior experience as a key member of the management team, advising on strategic decisions related to revenue and growth.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful data-driven initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously, making critical decisions and contributing effectively to the overall organisational strategy.
